    We visit the site and talk about what you need, your budget and timings. With that we set a realistic basis for the project.

  2. Approach

    We set priorities, check the regulations and make the key decisions that will give everything else meaning and coherence.

  3. Design

    We develop the proposal and technical documents, define materials and details, and apply for licences and permits.

  4. Construction

    We manage the works, coordinate the builder and trades, and resolve the decisions that arise on site.

  5. Aftercare

    Once finished we review the result with you, close the final paperwork and remain available once the house is in use.
