We do not make automated decisions or create profiles. We do not process special categories of data.
3. How long we keep data
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and, if they do not become a commission, for a maximum of 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the professional relationship and afterwards for the legal liability periods applicable to building works and tax obligations.
4. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required or necessary to process your commission (for example, town councils, the professional association or other public bodies). Our web hosting and email providers act as data processors with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under its own privacy policy.
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@estudiservera.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
